Once you’ve booked your home inspection

Here’s what to expect next:
Your inspection appointment, including the date, time, and property address, will be confirmed via email shortly after booking. You’ll also receive a link to sign the inspection agreement—please ensure this is completed at least 24 hours prior to the inspection.

Payment options:
Zelle is the preferred method of payment. I also accept cash or check at the time of the inspection. Credit card payments are accepted as well, though a processing fee will apply.

What happens on inspection day:
I’ll meet you at the property and explain the home inspection process in depth and answer any questions you may have and address specific concerns about the home. My goal is to ensure you fully understand the condition of the property and feel confident moving forward.
